Fineline Print & Copy Service NSW takes pride in understanding our clients’ needs and exceeding them. Our advantage comes from our leading digital print hardware, highly skilled team members and our company’s industry experience of over 22 years.
We are committed to our clients from sales to production. Our sales team members partner with you to detail your requirements, whilst our production staff operate up to 24 hours, 7 days a week to ensure tight deadlines and quality standards are met.
Our product range varies from black and white to colour and regular items include business cards, textbooks, flyers, proposals, calendars, greeting cards, hard copy scanning, reports, newsletters and training manuals. We deliver on time every time – and we can store your job in our document library for next time.
Where your job falls outside of our normal scope of operations, we have a diverse network of national printers. This enables us to be your single point of contact for all of your printing needs.
MEET OUR TEAM
OWNER
David has been in the Printing industry for over 30 years. He began his career as a teenager sweeping the factory floors but quickly progressed through the ranks, becoming a Printer by trade. From there he progressed to Business Development Manager and then on to General Manager. Finally, he is now the proud owner of a fantastic Australian owned printing business, Fineline Print & Copy Service NSW.
David started working for Fineline back in 1999 as an account manager. With a lot of enthusiasm, passion and hard work, he managed to build a large portfolio of clients across all industries focusing on predominately one key component “customer service”.
David was promoted to Sales Manager in 2003 then to General Manager in 2005. Importantly, he never lost focus on the most important part, his clients. After the he went on to purchase the business in 2009.
David believes his biggest achievement is the fantastic team he has built around him. With over 20 staff members, at least half have worked with Fineline for over 10 +years.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Jared has worked in the Printing industry for nearly 30 years with 17 of those years at Fineline.
After starting at the bottom, he quickly worked his way up to small offset and digital print machine operating.
Bindery Manager responsibilities quickly followed, and he is now in the highly trusted position of Production Manager. His experience has brought comprehensive insight into the practice and processes needed to ensure we meet our moto. “On Time, Every Time”.
Jared uses his skills, experience and vast knowledge in his role as Production Manager alongside the hardworking and friendly team at Fineline Print & Copy NSW.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Dylan is a vastly experienced Business Development Manager, who has over 20+ years in the printing industry. Consequently, he has grasped a wealth of knowledge that is unrivalled.
His dedication, passion and attention to detail is reflected in his working relationships. In a word, Dylan is revered by his clients and peers. He is a highly valued, key member of the Fineline team. Of course he places high expectations on himself to perform on behalf of his clients. As a result, he is highly regarded for his experience and his problem solving skills.
Above all, Dylan’s focus on customer service and high work ethic are the primary ingredients of his success.
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Dianne has been working in the printing industry for many years. After initially starting out as an offset printer, she moved into digital as technology advanced.
Accordingly, Dianne went from the factory floor to supervisor and on to management positions within the higher education sector. Upon leaving the education sector Dianne has been with Fineline Print & Copy NSW for almost five years.
Dianne’s commitment to everything she does is second to none. Chiefly, her career has been built on Client Focus. Dianne provides consistent, reliable services to all customers, including support, advice and guidance when needed. Additionally, Dianne’s attention to detail is brilliant, consistently dashing to the rescue of clients, noticing things that have been overlooked.
Finally, she always strives to develop and nurture working relationships with clients that are built on trust. As a result, clients are safe in the knowledge that their interests and needs are paramount.
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Shane has had a long-standing association with Fineline for over 10 years.
He is an extremely passionate and hardworking individual. Shane will go above and beyond to make sure all work is done within the required deadline. For that reason, he often helps on the factory floor to help ensure this happens.
Shane works very closely with Dylan and together they make a formidable team.
