We are committed to our clients from sales to production. Our sales team members partner with you to detail your requirements, whilst our production staff can operate up to 24 hours, 7 days a week to ensure tight deadlines and quality standards are met.
Our product range varies from black and white to colour and regular items include business cards, textbooks, flyers, proposals, calendars, greeting cards, hard copy scanning, reports, newsletters and training manuals. We deliver on time every time – and we can store your job in our document library for next time.
Where your job falls outside of our normal scope of operations, we have a diverse network of national printers. This enables us to be your single point of contact for all of your printing needs.
MEET OUR TEAM
OWNER
David has over 35 years of experience in the printing industry. Starting as a teenager sweeping factory floors, he quickly rose through the ranks to become a skilled Printer. His career trajectory took him to roles as a Business Development Manager and General Manager, and he is now the proud owner of the Australian-owned Fineline Print & Copy Service.
David joined Fineline in 1999 as an account manager. His enthusiasm, passion, and hard work helped him build a diverse client portfolio across various industries, always emphasizing exceptional customer service.
In 2003, David was promoted to Sales Manager and then to General Manager in 2005. Throughout his career, he maintained a strong focus on his clients. In 2009, David purchased Fineline and has since expanded the business, opening offices in Queensland and South Australia.
David considers his greatest achievement to be the dedicated team he has built. With over 20 staff members, more than half have been with Fineline for over 15 years.
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Jared has over 30 years of experience in the printing industry, with more than 20 years at Fineline. He began his career at the entry level and quickly advanced to operating small offset and digital print machines. His dedication and skill led to his promotion to Bindery Manager, and he now holds the highly trusted position of Production Manager.
Jared’s extensive experience provides him with a deep understanding of the practices and processes required to uphold Fineline’s motto: “On Time, Every Time.”
Jared leverages his skills, experience, and vast knowledge in his role as Production Manager, working alongside the hardworking and friendly team at Fineline Print & Copy.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Dylan is a vastly experienced Business Development Manager with over 25 years in the printing industry, including more than a decade with Fineline. His extensive knowledge is unrivalled, and his dedication, passion, and attention to detail are reflected in his strong working relationships.
Revered by clients and peers, Dylan is a highly valued member of the Fineline team. He places high expectations on himself to deliver exceptional performance for his clients, earning him a reputation for his expertise and problem-solving skills.
Above all, Dylan’s focus on customer service and his strong work ethic are the primary ingredients of his success.
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Dianne has been working in the printing industry for many years, beginning as an offset printer and transitioning to digital as technology advanced. She progressed from the factory floor to supervisor and then to management positions within the higher education sector. Dianne has been with Fineline Print & Copy for over 10 years since leaving the education sector.
Dianne’s commitment to her work is unparalleled. Her career is built on a foundation of client focus, providing consistent and reliable services, including support, advice, and guidance. Her attention to detail is exceptional, often catching overlooked details and coming to clients’ rescue.
Dianne always strives to develop and nurture client relationships built on trust, ensuring clients feel confident that their interests and needs are her top priority.
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Shane has been a dedicated member of the Fineline team for over 15 years. He is an extremely passionate and hardworking individual, always going above and beyond to ensure all work is completed within the required deadlines. Often, he can be found on the factory floor, personally overseeing and assisting with production processes to guarantee quality and timeliness.
Shane’s close working relationship with Dylan creates a formidable team, leveraging their combined expertise to drive Fineline’s success. His commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving make him a highly valued member of the Fineline family, consistently contributing to the company’s reputation for reliability and superior service.
